I had been a plant-based eater for 33 years. It cost me a lot—physically, emotionally, and with some long-term impacts resulting in the loss of body parts. Now, I am learning from myself and taking back my health.
I am convinced that an egg could have been a wonderful support for my health, which may have brought about a number of better results if only I had listened to my body.
Better late than never, so here goes… This is about eggs because, after months of listening to myself and trying to ignore my own voice, I can no longer do so. It is a reality that is just explosive in my system, and I know that I can no longer ignore myself.
An egg, or as my father used to say, the “e-g-g” or a fowl, is a mighty food that is the first actual supplement known to man. Yes, I said it! It was the first pill known to humans—the egg! Look at the shape and the bird’s egg, a small capsule in its shape. They used to just pick them up from quails and eat, wash, and eat everything (shell and body).
Who is telling me this thing? Well, my self is the one who told me this, and I am writing it for myself—the physical man named IMI.”
Here is what an eggs has:
Fats is the most important point here for me, not the 9 or more essential amino acids, but the presence of the three type of fats:
Standard Eggs: Eggs contain a mix of saturated fats, monounsaturated fats, and polyunsaturated fats, with the majority of fat found in the yolk. Pastured Eggs: Eggs from pastured chickens may have a different fatty acid profile due to the chickens’ varied diet, potentially containing higher levels of beneficial fats such as omega-3s.
But it get better when you understand two of the key concept for cleaning the body of toxins: Liver, Gallbladder – Bile flow.
Here comes the egg with Fats and Choline, included already once you eat the whole egg.
Why Fat are so important – well as a plant based eater, learning, this below is a slap in the face!
What the hell is choline anyways:
A most excellent guy on this Choline
