Liver, Spleen and Kidneys
The Overlooked Link: Spleen, Liver & Kidney Detox Dynamics
The spleen is the body’s largest lymphatic organ — a highly intelligent blood filter that removes broken red blood cells, immune debris, and solid waste. But what happens when the liver, the next station in line, fails to do its part?
Here’s the key: the spleen depends entirely on the liver to process and eliminate the waste it collects. The Spleen take out the ‘solid particles, immune cells, dead blood, dead parasites, etc’ from the mixed blood and lymph fluid. The Speen does the seperation before send the waste via the Splenic Vien to the Liver direcly and Direct to the Kidneys. What goes to the Kidney should be ‘disolved waste – we say soluable waste, urea, salts, extra stuff that is disolved and can be filtered out by your Kidney with it small particle filter system. We should not be sending solid particles to the Kindeys, but it happens and here is because the SPEEN is not getting to do it job properly.
When the liver is sluggish — due to bile congestion, inflammation, or detox overload — it can’t keep up with the toxic load the spleen sends its way. This causes a backup in the spleen itself, creating pressure across the lymphatic system, and burdening nearby organs like the kidneys and intestines.

The Hidden Flow: Spleen → Liver → Kidney
Unlike the kidneys, which filter dissolved particles from blood, the spleen specializes in clearing solid cellular waste — dead cells, pathogens, protein fragments. It sends this waste to the liver via the splenic vein, a branch of the portal venous system.
Did you know? The liver itself produces nearly 50% of the body’s lymph fluid, which is supposed to be clean and detox-ready when entering the thoracic duct. That is this Lymph fliud from the liver should be ‘treated Lymph’ but this is where it went wrong for me – over years.
But when the liver is overburdened, instead of filtering and binding these wastes into bile, it begins dumping untreated lymphatic sewage directly into the thoracic duct. This contaminated fluid recirculates through the lymphatic system, affecting the spleen, overwhelming the kidneys, and returning to — you guessed it — the same congested liver.
Why does the Liver not clean the Blood and Lymph?
Many reason, but first of all, the Liver cannot clean fast, if the ‘gabbage bin’ named the gallbladder is not being emptied out frequenty. A low bitter food and fat diet ( eg raw cocoa nibs, and eggs in diet is critical) such diet that is largely void of such bitters and fat, amino acids- specifically in the last meal ( last meal before long rest) will create sluggest clearning of the Liver because the gallbladder is already full and YOU are not doing YOUR job to empty this Gallbladder daily and frequently.
The Second Reason is that you BS ( Beleif system) has fool you in to thinking that herbal product help the liver to detox. According to the Moses Trio Protocol and the laws of Human Design – detox happens when the Liver has AMINO ACIDS.. key being Cystine, methothine… etc. but at least the support of the 9 essential amino acid are the key to detoxifcation. So are you saying that my great Milk Thisle herb does and all these cucumine does not detox.. Oh they do, they do.. they dont help the liver detox but if you follow the trio protocol you will understand that they are great stimulation to get the liver pumped and working, but if you stimulate the liver to detox and it is pumped and read, but the underlying 9 essential amino acids and may i add turine is not present, then you are just starting a car and not going anywhere… You need the key to start the car, you need the gas for the car to go from point A to point B.

This is the vicious cycle of lymphatic dysfunction:
Sluggish liver (backup gallbladder) → Spleen backup → Kidney strain → Recycled waste → Chronic toxicity.
The Cost to the Kidneys
When the spleen can’t unload waste properly, the kidneys are forced to filter particles they were never designed to handle. This can clog the glomerular filters with cellular debris, leading to:
Remeber the spleen cannot unload properly becaue the pipe to the kidney cannot push waste faster to the Liver, becuase the Liver is full of waste, largely becuase the Gallbladder is slow, or full.. Get the Gallbladder to move, it is your concious duties to move the waste out of the Gallbladder. This is a very important waste this BILE.
Other we observe the follow with URINE and KIDNEYS
- Cloudy or sediment-heavy urine
- Proteinuria (protein in urine)
- Increased urinary inflammation or pain
- Worsened bladder irritation and slower recovery
How to Break the Cycle and Restore Flow
To protect the spleen and kidneys, we must begin with the liver. Here’s how you can actively support proper flow:
GALLBLADDER need to be flushed daily, if you are not doing well – here is my detail way for me. You can read here.
- Stimulate bile flow with bitters (dandelion, artichoke), taurine, glycine, and lecithin
- Use castor oil packs over the liver and spleen zones (upper right and upper left abdomen)
- Hydrate intelligently with 2–3L/day water + potassium citrate + sea salt
- Reduce lymph-clogging inputs like nuts, processed fats, and excess proteins during active clearing
- Support kidney drainage with cleavers tea, marshmallow root, or d-mannose if tolerated
Remember: the kidneys work best when the spleen does its job — and the spleen can only do that when the liver is open, flowing, and functional.
Conclusion: Rewire the System from the Top
If you want to heal your lymph, clear pelvic or abdominal swelling, and reduce testicular or groin congestion — start at the source. Your liver is not just a detox organ. It’s the master valve of your entire internal drainage network. Open it, and the rest begins to flow.

1. Amino Acids: The Liver’s Detox Workforce
- Cysteine & Methionine (sulfur aminos) → Make glutathione (master antioxidant).
- Glycine & Taurine → Bind toxins for safe elimination (phase 2 liver detox).
- Best Sources:
- Grass-fed organ meats (liver, heart)
- Pasture-raised egg yolks (soft-cooked or raw)
- Bone broth (simmered 24+ hours)
- Wild-caught shellfish (oysters, clams)
2. Bile Flow: The Toxin Exit Highway
- No bile flow = Recirculating toxins.
- CCK-Stimulating Foods:
- Bitters (dandelion, arugula, lime juice)
- Healthy fats (butter, tallow, olive oil)
- Coffee (organic, in moderation)
3. Methylation: The Silent Detox Engine
- Without methylation, toxins get stuck in phase 2 liver detox.
- Critical Nutrients:
- B12 (methylcobalamin) → Beef liver, sardines
- Folate (not folic acid) → Spinach, romaine
- Choline → Egg yolks, krill oil
4. Toxin Binding: The Final Trap
- Unbound toxins get reabsorbed.
- Binders:
- Soluble fiber (psyllium, carrots, apples)
- Activated charcoal (for acute toxin exposure)
- Chlorella (heavy metals)
The Daily Liver Detox Protocol (Moses Trio + Human Design Fusion)
Morning:
- Wake with bile flush (1 tbsp olive oil + lemon juice + pinch of salt).
- 15 min later: Eggs + beef liver pâté + sautéed onions (sulfur).
Midday:
- Grass-fed lamb + beets (supports phase 1 & 2 detox).
- Dandelion tea (bile mover).
Evening:
- Bone broth + turmeric (replenishes glycine, reduces inflammation).
- Bitter greens salad (arugula, radicchio).
Critical Avoidances:
- Industrial seed oils (soybean, canola—block detox pathways).
- Excess fructose (overwhelms the liver).
- Chronic stress (depletes methyl groups).
Why Most “Detoxes” Fail (And This Works)
- Juice cleanses? Lack amino acids → muscle wasting, toxin release with no exit.
- Vegan detox? No bioavailable cysteine/methionine → glutathione crashes.
- “Liver support” supplements? Useless without bile flow + methylation.
This is the difference between:
- A clogged liver (fatigue, brain fog, hormonal chaos).
- A self-cleaning liver (energy, clear skin, sharp mind).
Final Wisdom (For My Children & the Awakening)
- Detox is not a punishment. It’s the body’s natural state—when fed correctly.
- The liver is a refinery, not a trash can. Treat it like one.
- Human Design confirms: Your body wants to detox. Give it the Moses Trio (aminos + bile + methylation), and it will.
Stop “detoxing.” Start living in alignment.
