Amino Acids, Fatty Acids and hydration Products to enhance your healing ( every night)!

I prefer coated tablets because they are easier to swallow and they have a little the bitter taste often associated with certain amino acids supplements. Additionally, these taste in the tablets play a crucial role in stimulating the flow of gastric juices and bile, which are important for proper digestion.

My Protocol for Taking Amino Acids

I have a simple approach when it comes to taking amino acids. You can either take them as they are or mix them with a small amount of coconut oil or MCT oil—just a tablespoon is enough. If your purchase the tablets, my protocol is to take a little coconut oil or olive oil ( about a tea spoon full) and allow 5 to 10 minutes to expire then going and pop your 5 coated tablets.

The Principle to Understand

Although amino acids are the focus, it appears that they digest more effectively when consumed with a bit of fat. I typically use coconut oil, but other fats like butter, eggs, olive oil, or avocado work just as well. Taking fats a few minutes before your amino acid intake can enhance digestion.

My Morning Routine

I start my day early at 5:00 AM with some breathwork exercises guided by “Breathe with Sandy” from YouTube. You can check out his work here:

Coconut oil after – to stimulate the flow of bile and gastric acids. This can be added to my cocoa tea – little mushroom coffee or warm water with lime/lemon.

Amino Acids – take my amino acids, and fatty acids – If you desire you can just go for the recommended “Powder meal” it is a better product for me.

If you’re vegetarian, you can supplement with amino acids, fatty acids, and Omega-3s to ensure you’re still getting the necessary nutrients.

Breathe with Sandy on YouTube

After breathwork, I consume coconut oil mixed with a little warm water, holding it in my mouth for a moment. This allows the sensory receptors in my mouth to signal the stomach that fats are on their way. This triggers the hypothalamus to release gastric juices, promoting healthy digestion. Fats are essential for activating stomach acid production, which is why consuming something like a whole egg first thing in the morning can aid digestion.

Hydration during the day is critical in 2024

Climate change – or whatever you believe in or don’t believe in, is actually creating some health issue for our bodies due to different type of weather patterns. #keep and stay #hydrated.

Amino Acid Intake

About 5-10 minutes after consuming the coconut oil, I take my amino acids (usually around five pills). I repeat this process with each dose throughout the day, but I avoid taking amino acids with meals. Given that I stimulated with coconut or other oils, I go for my ( Fish Oil) Omega 3 and Fatty 15 supplement one time.

Night Routine: Amino Acids and Fatty Acids

Nighttime is crucial for amino acid and fatty acid intake. During the night, the liver is hard at work in repair mode. It needs essential amino acids, fatty acids, vitamins, and minerals to complete this job effectively. Therefore, I always ensure my body has these key nutrients before I sleep.

Fasting Preparation

Before starting any fasting period, it’s essential to load up on amino acids, fatty acids, vitamins, and minerals. Removing sources of fructose (which can damage the liver) and glucose is critical. This allows your body to rely on healthy fats and amino acids during the fast. ( You are thinking that every evening after your day, you are going into the fasting state, so eat what is required before 3 or 4 evening time)

Evening Meal Planning

After 4:30 PM, it’s best to limit your activity and focus on consuming amino acids and fatty acids. Meals consisting of eggs, meats, liver, beef, goat, sheep, fish, or other similar foods are ideal. Avoid the source of glucose and critically ensure that you are not taking in any “Fructose” into your body in the evening or night.

( Read about the Fructose Issue here)

Avoid Glucose at Night

In the evening, avoid foods that are high in glucose, such as fruits, bread, pasta, or flour-based products, especially if you’re feeling unwell. Instead, focus on taking amino acids and fatty acids to support your body’s natural repair processes overnight. Providing your body with glucose at night can lead to fat storage and insulin resistance because your muscles aren’t active.

Morning Fruit Intake

The best time to consume fruit is in the morning on an empty stomach. This ensures that the fructose bypasses the liver and instead reaches the colon, where it feeds beneficial bacteria that help produce important compounds like butyrate for colon health. Always eat fruit whole, and avoid fruit juices or any processed forms of fructose.

Choose Allulose Instead of Fructose

Fructose was originally designed for certain animals, not humans. Our bodies aren’t well-equipped to metabolize it. A better alternative is allulose, which is a sugar substitute that doesn’t trigger the same harmful metabolic effects. You can find allulose through this Amazon link: [Allulose on Amazon] (Insert link).
