It is now clear!

It is now clear!

6 My people are destroyed for lack of knowledge: because thou hast rejected knowledge, I will also reject thee, that thou shalt be no priest to me: seeing thou hast forgotten the law of thy God, I will also forget thy children. Hosea 4:6 9 if you are a book of bible fan.

Knowledge and Healing: Timing Nutrition for Your Body’s Cellular Needs

There is and always was knowledge. Destruction comes when we REFUSE to find and use that KNOWLEDGE. This happens when we reject knowledge because we refuse to ASK, SEEK (dive deep), and KNOCK (interrogate the statements).

Hello Friends and Readers,

I propose to you a perspective of clarity.

ENERGRY ACTIVITY PRODUCTION: Plants are the source of glucose ( Liver can use other materials to make Glucose). Glucose is intended to be one of many fuel sources, specifically for the mitochondria—an organelle in our cells.

PROTIEN ( HEALDING AND REPAIR) PRODUCTION: Animals, on the other hand, are the source of amino acids, fatty acids, and minerals, which are utilized by the ribosomes—another organelle in the cell responsible for making proteins.

While there are other users of these nutrients, let’s reference Moses 9:

“Eat the bread (source of glucose) during the day to fuel the mitochondria so that they can produce ATP, and eat the meat (by itself) in the evening to feed the ribosomes with amino acids, fatty acids, and minerals to create repair proteins that heal broken bodies.”

A Simple Guide:

  • Plants (Daytime): Fuel your mitochondria with plant-based sources the main source of (e.g., glucose).
  • Animals (Evening): Four hours before bedtime, consume animal-based sources like meat to nourish the ribosomes. ( Rememebr Land meats, Sea Meat, Air Meat) eg. Beef, Fish, Eggs are critical for the trio protocol balance.

When to Take Vitamins?

  • Fat-Soluble Vitamins (A, D, E, K): These vitamins are naturally found in the liver and meats. Since they support ribosome-related processes at night, take them with your evening meat meal. They act as antioxidants for the reactive oxygen species (ROS) generated by ribosome activity during repair processes. These are lipid-based ROS (fat-soluble).
  • Vitamin C: Plants are the richest source of Vitamin C, a critical antioxidant for neutralizing ROS produced by mitochondria during energy production. Since it works in tandem with mitochondria, it should be taken with a daytime plant-based meal.
  • Someone on a meat base diet will have less ROS and Glucose Related ROS from Mitrochondria, due to their very low levels of gut supplied glucose, which they will have a higher LipoROS from the Ribosome, overtime the meat diet person, due to their lack of multipel meals ( becuase they will eat 1 time a day, generally having longer fasted breakes, will clear out the backup ROS cellular Junk and return to a better state.
  • Someone on a plant base dies will be deficient if they are not doing the plants right, and having the amino acid, fatty acids, and minieral ( they need to focus) on gettting the suppliments and pretend that their evening meal will be filled without glucose but filled with amino acids, fatty acids, and minerial. Possible by someone who can get good suppliments.

A Practical Framework:

Everything you need can be categorized based on its source:

  • Plant-Based Nutrients: Taken during the day to support mitochondria.
  • Animal-Based Nutrients: Taken in the evening to support ribosomes.

By simply identifying whether a nutrient is plant-based or animal-based, you can optimize its timing to align with your body’s natural processes:

  • Daytime: For mitochondria-related needs.
  • Evening: For ribosome-related repair and recovery.

This understanding bridges ancient knowledge with modern biology. When we ASK, SEEK, and KNOCK, clarity unfolds, and we can better serve our bodies’ intrinsic wisdom.
