Humans or Mans without Hum.

Humans or Mans without Hum.

Today I need to draft again the same story. Here it is:

We need to remember that in what we do, there are three things we must work together for our health and healing.

This applies to Hu-mans and Womans. Yes, to all people—because it is a framework principle of any (temple) body that has the following organs:

  • Do you have a Liver?
  • Do you have a Gallbladder?
  • Do you have Kidneys and their associated bladder?

If you have these, then this applies to you.

Daytime: Sunshine, Mitochondria, Activity — Be Active.

This is the time of the kidneys and hydration.

Daytime—yes, when you are as the sun—out and shining. That means being in a physical state of activity. At this time, the word “glucose” is okay—from the gut or the mouth—because your muscles will be able to take it in.

You may have heard that sugar (glucose) feeds cancer, fungus, etc. That’s true—but it’s not just glucose. It’s excess glucose. That extra, unused glucose floats in the blood and feeds pathogens.

This extra depends on your muscle mass and your level of activity.

So if you’re not at 100, and you’re reducing sugars, go for vegetables that are low in glucose—cucumbers and similar types. Fruits can mask high glucose in the form of fructose. The liver converts fructose into glucose when needed.

So when we say “fruit sugar is great!” — that’s more suitable for bears preparing for hibernation. They eat berries and fruits to fatten up fast.

Hydration & Electrolytes

Hydration is key. Water-based fruits mixed with good sea salt into water—that should be our juice. Lime and lemon juice with proper sea salt is a better kind of juice: daytime hydration.

We can’t avoid juices. Maybe we’ve cut back on carbonated Fanta and other types, but now we’re buying boxed juices. Try this: add a pinch of good salt. That sugar and fructose need electrolytes to be processed properly.

Doctors say, “Don’t use salt,” but truthfully they mean excessive sodium chloride. What we need daily are:

  • Potassium (Kidney likes citrate — Potassium Citrate)
  • Sodium (Sodium Chloride)
  • Magnesium
  • A little Calcium

Trace minerals come from good “sea water salts”—not the overprocessed kinds. Check labels. I wish our store-bought salts came with full mineral breakdowns.

Caribbean Ground Provision (Day Food)

Yams, green bananas, dasheen, cassava, tannia, etc.—these are daytime foods. Eat them in the morning. Why? Because you should be going to work—not just the office, but physical work. These foods turn into glucose, so control your portion.

Evening Preparing to Nighttime — Liver & Sleep

As the sun sets, your body prepares for rest. This is the time of the Liver—a time for restoration and repair. No glucose.

Think of it this way: during the day, activity and glucose go hand-in-hand. At night, you’re less active or sleeping. So your glucose intake should drop to zero.

Why? Because nighttime is when the Liver steps in to deliver.

If you consume sugar at night, that is most or all plant base products, ALL ( NUTS, SEEDS,ALL) the liver has to work on digestion instead of detoxification. But if you stop glucose intake after, say, 4:00 PM, the liver starts its own shift. It makes energy from fat stores. If it has the right amino acids (from a good evening meat, eggs, or fish meal), it packages toxins and sends them into bile flow via the gallbladder.

This is the core of healing: clearance of waste.

Many people have had decades of buildup. When toxins reach a tipping point, we scream in pain. Then tumors appear.

A Simple Strategy

  • If you’re carrying extra body fat: eat your last meal earlier (e.g., 2:30 PM). After that, drink hydration water and teas, remove source of glucose and hold youself togerther, if you want to snack, get some coconut oil or 100% dark chocolate, or butter ( somethign with high level of fat).
  • If you’re lean: eat a little later (before 6:00 PM) with good fats (fatty fish, bitter greens—dandelion, neem, papaya leaf, etc.) again same rule applies, if you feeling for somthing sweet get some drydation mixture and have fats, eg. have a cup of 100% dark chocolate, coconut oil mix, add a little salt for taste.. You can even add butter to enahce. Off course, if you have digestive issue you will have a whole lot of pain in your right side – gallbladder cannot handle you fat signals – which is a good thing – it mean you can now include TUDCA and Choline into you package and get the bile to flow. Malic acid is good too.

Fat at night sends the liver the signal to detox. Give it fatty acids. Deny it glucose.

What’s the Problem?

Glucose is all day from your plant-based foods and treats. It’s time to let fat take over and give the liver its time to deliver.
