Stop and Think at the Cellular Level – All Healing Begins with a Single Cell
25th March 2025 | Daily Blog Post
Hi Folks, welcome to today’s post!
Today, we dive into the reality of how healing truly occurs at the cellular level. Let’s clear away the confusion and look closely at two primary substrates your cells rely on:
Daytime Energy and Activity (Glucose and Fatty Acids)
During the day, when you’re active, your body primarily uses glucose (from fruits and plants) and fatty acids (from items such as nuts and coconut oils, eggs, meats) for energy. After consumption, these quickly digestible plant foods pass into the stomach, releasing glucose or fructose molecules into your bloodstream (leading to that familiar sugar spike). Eventually, these glucose molecules enter your cells, where mitochondria convert them into ATP—your primary energy source. This same process applies to fatty acids from healthy fats ( some from plant or from animal sources).
Nighttime Healing (Essential Amino Acids)
However, energy alone doesn’t create healing. True healing compounds depend on your unique healing needs, and since no one can pinpoint exactly which compounds your body requires at any given moment, you must provide the foundational building blocks: Essential Amino Acids. Ribosomes in your cells combine these amino acids to form healing compounds—what we commonly call human proteins.
These healing proteins are primarily created during deep rest or sleep. The deeper your sleep, the more active your ribosomes become, driving profound healing. But there’s a critical caveat—without supplying your body with the essential amino acids (found abundantly in eggs, fish, and meats), your healing efforts become futile.
In fact, if you’re metabolically challenged (unwell or sick), you may even struggle to achieve restful sleep, because you don’t have the amino acids present to create the sleep proteins. Taking herbal remedies, pharmaceuticals, chemotherapy ( kill) , radiation therapy (kill), or other treatments only stimulates your cell nucleus, leaving messages that must be translated into actual healing proteins. Without amino acids, your cells simply can’t follow through, leaving your body unable to heal effectively.
Beware of Misinformation:
You’ve likely heard advice to avoid meat, eggs, and fish, instead consuming only plant-based foods and green juices. The reality? These foods are excellent for daytime glucose and energy but fall short when your body needs amino acids, vitamin B12, and essential fatty acids to repair itself overnight.
Beware of Mis Eating/Wrong Consumption of Food: ( save your selves)
You are told to eat a plate with plants and animals source – because aware this is dangerous advise, specifically if you are unwell, do not mix your meats ( eggs and meats) with any plants base foods, specifically from the evening time.
In the day, eat you plants base product by itself, off course starts with the fats first, such as egg. And when it come to the mid day to evening meals, if you eat two meals then focus on animal base meals, Ensuring that you last meal is a meat base meal such as eggs and beef, eggs and fish, eggs and poultry, eggs and goat/sheep/lambs ruminates. ( no plants needed into the night mean no glucose needed into the night)
The Solution – Understand the Trio Protocol
Whether you’re undergoing chemotherapy, radiation, herbal treatments, or any other therapeutic approach, understanding The Trio Protocol—which is based on simple biology and common sense—can significantly reduce unnecessary suffering and confusion. It provides clarity on how your body actually heals.
Remember: God is no respecter of persons—healing follows universal biological laws. Understand them, apply them, and experience profound healing.

Here is an example. Milk Thistle and Liver.
Milk thistle (Silybum marianum) is known for its liver-supportive properties, primarily due to its active compound silymarin. One of its key effects is stimulating the liver to produce glutathione, a crucial antioxidant protein that plays a vital role in:
- Detoxification (neutralizing toxins, heavy metals, and free radicals).
- Liver cell regeneration (protecting against damage from alcohol, drugs, and hepatitis).
- Reducing oxidative stress (linked to chronic diseases).
Key Protein Stimulated: Glutathione
Glutathione – is a tripeptide antioxidant composed of three amino acids: cysteine, glutamate (glutamic acid), and glycine.
- Often called the “master antioxidant”.
- Synthesized in the liver from amino acids (cysteine, glutamate, glycine).
- Milk thistle enhances its production by boosting antioxidant pathways (e.g., Nrf2 activation).
Additional Liver-Supportive Effects of Milk Thistle:
✔ Increases bile production (aids digestion/fat metabolism).
✔ Anti-fibrotic (may slow liver scarring in cirrhosis).
✔ Anti-inflammatory (helps in fatty liver disease).
Note: While milk thistle supports liver function, it’s not a cure-all—consult a doctor for liver conditions.
