Enhancing bile flow and supporting liver health beyond TUDCA and ox bile

There are several alternative strategies for enhancing bile flow and supporting liver health beyond TUDCA and ox bile. Here are some alternative approaches:

  1. Dietary Modifications: Consuming a diet rich in fiber, healthy fats, and antioxidants can support bile flow and liver function. Foods like fruits, vegetables, whole grains, nuts, seeds, and lean proteins can help optimize digestion and promote the secretion of bile. Additionally, avoiding processed foods, trans fats, refined sugars, and excessive alcohol can reduce stress on the liver and support overall liver health.
  2. Herbal Supplements: Certain herbs and botanicals have been traditionally used to support liver health and bile flow. Milk thistle, dandelion root, artichoke leaf, turmeric, and ginger are among the herbs known for their hepatoprotective properties. These herbs may help stimulate bile production, improve bile flow, and enhance liver detoxification processes.
  3. Lifestyle Changes: Incorporating healthy lifestyle habits can have a significant impact on bile flow and liver function. Regular exercise helps improve circulation and metabolism, which can support liver health. Managing stress through techniques like meditation, yoga, or deep breathing exercises can also benefit liver function by reducing inflammation and oxidative stress.
  4. Supplementation: In addition to TUDCA and ox bile, other supplements may support bile flow and liver health. For example, phosphatidylcholine, a phospholipid found in soybeans and egg yolks, has been shown to improve bile secretion and liver function. Other supplements like vitamin E, vitamin C, and glutathione precursors (e.g., N-acetylcysteine) may also support liver detoxification pathways.
  5. Liver Cleansing Protocols: Some individuals opt for periodic liver cleansing protocols to support bile flow and detoxification. These protocols often involve consuming specific foods, juices, or herbal preparations designed to promote liver detoxification and bile secretion. However, it’s essential to approach liver cleansing with caution and consult a healthcare professional before embarking on any detox program.
  6. Acupuncture and Traditional Chinese Medicine: Acupuncture and traditional Chinese medicine (TCM) modalities, such as herbal medicine and acupuncture, have been used for centuries to support liver health and promote bile flow. Acupuncture, in particular, is believed to stimulate specific acupuncture points associated with liver function and promote the flow of qi (energy) throughout the body.
  7. Gallbladder Support: For individuals with gallbladder issues or gallstones, supporting gallbladder function may be necessary to optimize bile flow. Consuming smaller, more frequent meals, avoiding high-fat meals, and incorporating bile-supportive herbs and supplements may help reduce symptoms and improve bile flow in these cases.

  9. There are good thing to move bile, fats in small quantities are necessary eg. Coconut oil will cause the CCK hormone to squeeze the gallbladder and this is important to test your gallbladder to ensure that a thing are working well or just get a ultrasound to see if you have bile build up called the gallbladder stone.
  10. I took a herbal prduct along with fats and oils and used a lot of malic acid in the form of apple cider – not apple cider vinier. Some people just go for malic acid powder or malic acid in apple juice.

  16. and get lots of fiber to clean the bile (grounded chia seeds or flax seeds) https://amzn.to/3TBUmpO

It’s important to note that individual responses to these alternative strategies may vary, and consulting with a healthcare professional is advisable before initiating any significant dietary or lifestyle changes, especially for individuals with underlying medical conditions or taking medications.

Remember to take all thing gradually – start by moving the bile with TUDCA or OX Bile. Watch the #2 poo and see if thing are floating.

Recall that when bile begins to flow you will also have some bad smelling poo, because thing are moving.

Recall that good fats and oils, small quantities are important to stimulate the flow of the bile from the Gallbladder – fats cause the release of a Hormone name CCK which squeeze the gallbladder this is how it flows.. you have to be smart and test this with a little oil or fats to see if everything is ok from this view point.
