There Is No “Liver Detox”—Only Daily Choices (A Warning to My Children & Readers in 2025)

Let me be clear: Your liver doesn’t “detox” with magic potions. It thrives—or dies—by your daily habits.

The gallbladder? That’s your liver’s dumpster, where detox waste gets stored. And just like a trash can, if you don’t take it out regularly, it rots.

I spent 33 years unconscious, trapped in the lie that vegetarianism was “God’s diet.” It nearly killed me. That ideology is fungal thinking—slow, sweet poison. Shoot me instead of that slow death. But I woke up. Now I’m telling you: Your body runs on principles, not fairy tales.


The Daily Gallbladder Flush (No Extreme “Cleanses” Needed)

Forget those online “flushes.” Your daily routine is what matters. Here’s how to take out the trash every morning:

1. Eat Something Bitter at Night

  • Why? Stimulates bile production.
  • How?

    • Lemon water

    • Grass-fed beef/lamb
    • Wild-caught fish
    • Bone broth
    • Amino Acid Suppliment for those who are unwell.

3. Protect Your Bile with Choline.

  • Why? Choline keeps bile flowing. Egg yolks are the best source—but cooking destroys it.
  • My Hack: Egg tea (raw yolk stirred into warm water with butter/ghee, salt, and cayenne).
  • My Older folks mixed the egg with a bit of warm water and lime and then made a milk shake, those who like penut butter add this and ice. It one of the easier ways to get raw egg yolk.
  • Cook the egg and let it stay runny. You need to preserve the Choline in the yolk.

4. Wake Up and Flush the Dumpster

Your first meal must trigger CCK—the hormone that squeezes bile out. Use:

You’ve been scammed into complexity. The truth is simple:

  2. Amino acids → Fuel detox while you sleep. Decide your source but ensure it has a complete Amino Acids Profile, eggs, beef and meats are certaily complete. Plants based food- please supplyment if you go that route.
  3. Choline → Protect bile. Egg or Suppliment, Remeber to keep alway have some semi cooked or runny yolk in whatever way you can.
  4. Fat at sunrise → Flush the dumpster. Any fats in the stomach will create the hormone. So become concious when you walk. If you have a little warm lemon water, and salt, just add a bit of oil of your choice or butter.

Do this every day, and your body won’t need “cleanses.” Because you’re no longer living like the walking dead.
